The apartment's location was fantastic, placing us right in the heart of the bustling town, making it easy to explore nearby cafes and restaurants as well as the beach, which was just a short walk. The shared kitchen was a great addition, allowing us to prepare some delicious grilled fish. However, noise from the walkway at night could be bothersome if windows are open, and the check-out process felt a bit rushed. The cleanliness stood out, but a more thorough soundproofing would enhance the experience significantly.

I stayed at Casa Augusta with a friend for 4 nights and was very pleased. Pedro is such a kind host who explained everything to do in Lagos and provided a map. The room had new furniture and even a fridge. The shared kitchen was well-equipped, and the cleanliness of the shared bathroom surprised us in a good way!

It was a bit hot during the extreme heat.

The superb central location made it easy to explore the town and nearby beach, providing comfort in the well-stocked communal kitchen. The wonderful homemade cakes added a delightful touch to our mornings. However, the noise from the nightlife was quite noticeable when trying to sleep with the windows open and the shared facilities required consistent upkeep, which detracted from the overall experience. Despite these drawbacks, the welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff left a positive impression.
